TECHAiDE is seeking to hire a Sales Officer Level- 1 to promote and market its products and services.

Job Summary

Experience working within the Ghana NGO Community (REQUIRED)

Job Location: Dansoman, Accra-Ghana + work from home

 Job Duties Include

  • Serves as a liaison to all TECHAiDE’s clients in the Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) Sector.
  • Engages with project officers at NGOs to solicit invitations to submit proposals.
  • Identifies new funding opportunities and program areas using research tools.
  • Generates proposals and supporting documents in response to requests for proposals.
  • Generate revenue and hit annual sales targets through timely submission of well-written proposals.
  • Manage and ensure a growing portfolio of TECHAiDE’s clients.
  • Promote sales through frequent client engagement and discussions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and offer the appropriate solutions.

 Qualifications & Competencies

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate some or all of the following skills, knowledge and competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (recommended but not required).
  • Experience working within the Ghana NGO Community (REQUIRED)
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Excellent knowledge of G-Suite.
  • Customer Service Orientated; Smart, Professional, and able to take initiative
  • Able to work in a fast-paced but fun environment.
  • Good organiser and able to work with little or no supervision.
