Telephone support
8A.M. to 4:30P.M.(GMT)
Monday – Friday

Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer / action the call, however there will be a backup answer phone service

Email support
Monitored 8A.M. to 4:30P.M.(GMT)
Monday – Friday

Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day

SMS support
Monitored 8A.M. to 4:30P.M.(GMT)
Monday – Friday

SMS received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day

Emergency Assistance:
Monitored 24-hours/365 days/year (extra cost)

Emergency phone calls will be returned within 4-hours. If action is taken the client will be charged for Emergency Assistance at the rate below.

Onsite assistance guaranteed within 72 hours during the business week (extra cost)
