Gomoa Akyemfo, Central Region – From May 19 to 21, 2025, the Ednolabs Project continued its impactful journey across Ghana with a successful Tier 1 Teacher Training session held in Gomoa Akyemfo. Spearheaded by TECHAiDE, in partnership with the Ghana Society for Education Technology (GSET), STEMAIDE, and the ASANKA team, the training empowered 32 dedicated teachers from rural and underserved communities with practical digital teaching skills.

Hands-On Digital Learning with ASANKA

Over the course of three days, participants were introduced to the ASANKA offline learning platform, exploring how it can be used to improve lesson delivery, drive interactive classroom engagement, and support curriculum-aligned instruction in low-resource settings. Facilitators from GSET and STEMAIDE led highly engaging sessions, focusing on digital content navigation, learner-centered approaches, and collaborative lesson planning.

Empowering Teachers, One Community at a Time

The training atmosphere was energetic and hopeful, with teachers embracing the opportunity to modernize their teaching methods through accessible technology. This training in Gomoa Akyemfo marks another milestone in the Ednolabs mission—equipping educators across Ghana with tools that make digital education a reality, regardless of location or infrastructure.

Together, we are building stronger classrooms, more confident teachers, and a brighter future for every learner.
