Bogoso, Western Region – On June 5th, 2025, TECHAiDE officially launched the Education Innovation Labs (Ednolabs) Tier 1 Teacher Training for the Bogoso cohort, marking another important milestone in our nationwide effort to digitally empower educators.
With over 24 passionate educators, including 5 inspiring women, the training opened with high energy and purpose. Teachers and center managers engaged in hands-on, practical sessions exploring cutting-edge tools for digital learning. A key highlight was the introduction to the ASANKA offline learning device, delivered exclusively by the TECHAiDE team, showcasing how technology can bridge educational gaps in underserved areas.
In addition, participants were trained on how to leverage the UNICEF Learning Passport—a powerful digital platform that expands access to structured, curriculum-aligned learning content. From Learning Management Systems to digital lesson delivery, the enthusiasm in the room spoke volumes about the educators’ commitment to innovation.
We also had the honor of engaging with the Director of Education for the Bogoso Municipal Education Directorate, strengthening ties that will support long-term collaboration and local impact.
Over the three days, the momentum continued to grow as participants gained practical skills, shared experiences, and envisioned new possibilities for their classrooms with the support of TECHAiDE and key project partners including CAMFED Ghana.
The Ednolabs journey continues to spark transformation across Ghana—one teacher, one school, one community at a time.
