Job Duties Include
Managerial
- Directly report to the CEO
- Manage the Sales Dept.
- EDU Portfolio
- CSR Portfolio
- GOV Portfolio
- NGO Portfolio
- Hold weekly 1-on-1s with Directs
- Responsible for Dept. Sales quota
- Manage using TECHAiDE’s ERP & Google suite
- Manage the use of new or established marketing collateral to help Sales Dept.
- Run TECHAiDE Sales Intern program
- Any other duties required for role success

Qualifications & Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate some or all of the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- A bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales, or a Master’s Degree.
- Two+ years of working experience in Managing Sales. (Explained in cover letter)
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite.

- Able to work in a fast-paced but fun environment.
