Job Duties Include
- Review and reconcile Monthly Bank Statements.
- Reconcile Accounts using Odoo and TECHAiDE Finance Dept Process.
- Create and process Payroll, Purchase Orders, and invoices.
- Manage all relevant tax payments (SSNIT, Corporate, National Service, NHIS, other)
- Work with team to prepare Financial reports for TECHAiDE Board Meetings among others.
- Directly report to the COO.
- Hold weekly 1-on-1s with Directs.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Manage outside Accounting Firm for monthly, quarterly and annual review.

Qualifications & Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate some or all of the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- HND in Business Administration or equivalent. A bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting (advantage).
- One year of work experience in finance (encouraged).
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Excellent knowledge of G-Suite.
